What is myHealth Online?

myHealth Online is an easy-to-use secure web site that gives you access to your health information. You can view your medications, test results, medical history, and immunizations, as well as access other services, such as appointment scheduling, messaging your care team and requesting a prescription renewal. Informative internet links provide additional details about your medications, health conditions, lab tests, and more. It also has tools that allow you to track and graph your lab results, such as cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital System offers myHealth Online as a free service. Internet access through a computer or a data-enabled smartphone is all you need to use the system.
