Asymptomatic – (You currently have NO symptoms of COVID-19)

If you are interested in testing but currently have no symptoms, please go to this link to find information regarding testing opportunities in the County of Santa Clara. Follow the guidelines below to help protect you and those around you.

Mild Symptoms

Please stay home, isolate from others in your house as much as possible, and follow prevention measures such as washing your hands, wearing a mask, staying at least 6 feet away from other people, and disinfecting surfaces. Call Valley Connection at 1-888-334-1000 to be evaluated for COVID-19 testing.

Worsening Symptoms

If you begin to feel worse, please call Valley Connection at 1-888-334-1000 to be evaluated and scheduled for testing.
Screening: At this time, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (Hospitals and Clinics) are limiting face to face visits and walk-ins to increase the availability of screening appointments and telephone visits.
Telephone Visits: To help reduce the risk of exposing you and others to COVID-19, primary care doctors and nurse practitioners are doing most sick visits by phone. This means that you will have a scheduled appointment over the phone instead of the clinic. When you call us with symptoms, we’ll work with you to determine what type of visit is most appropriate for you.

Severe Symptoms

If you need emergency care, call 911.
